All checks are payable directly to an escrow account, held by Equitable-PCI Bank (Philippine's third largest bank). All checks issued by buyers as payment for their units are payable to EPCIB Trust Account 102-78007-9.

Funds in the escrow account may only be disbursed for project construction and project-related expenses. All of the funds go directly to the project, no co-mingling and diversion of funds.

Pacific Concord Properties hopes to serve as a catalyst of change for the Philippine Real Estate Industry by instituting regulatory measures such as placing the buyer's payments in an escrow account dedicated for the project.
